Cameron Regional Medical Center is the Official Health Care Partner of Sports Medicine Services and is the Official Partner in developing and administering Athletic Training and Concussion management services to Polo R-VII High School students. CRMC’s website is https://cameronregional.org

Polo CTA has started their annual fundraiser of Laundry Detergent, Fabric Softener, and Trash Bags. If you would like to purchase contact Mr. Endicott, Mr. Farmer, Mrs. Perry, Mrs. Ross or the HS Office for a copy of an order form. Sales ends Monday, 11/4 and pick up day is Thursday, 11/14 from 4-6pm.

Caldwell County Health Department will be here on Tuesday, 11/26 between 11am-1pm to provide Flu shots to those Polo R-VII staff and students who are signed up. Parents may sign up their students at www.schoolcares.com and enter our enrollment code: MO13650. Parent emails were sent with further details for sign up instructions. The deadline to sign up is 11/1.

Polo R-VII School District offers several resources to help all families, not just those who qualify for free and reduced lunch services. Polo R-VII School teams up with Think Local to offer holiday assistance to families throughout the district for children ages birth- 12th grade. Counseling and Career Center:
Students who want to VOLUNTEER for the Halloween Carnival (Saturday, 10/26 – from 3:30 pm-7:30 pm) and WORK the day of the event, please sign up on counseling office door.
If a student is not available on this day, but would like to participate, someone will be at the Polo Community building from 10/20-27 setting up, decorating, and clean up. We will need some big guys to help with straw as well. The students can contact thru text message or home phone. You can get these phone numbers in the counseling office.
