Boys Basketball: There will be a boys basketball meeting for all incoming 9th-12th grade boys interested in playing in Coach Pickrell's room at 2:45 pm on Thursday, 4/19.

UMPIRE CLINIC - If you would like to umpire at the Polo Ball fields this summer, you must attend the Tri County Umpire Clinic. Saturday, 4/21, Braymer High School at 10 AM. Please contact Debby Misel if you plan on attending the clinic and would like to umpire this summer.

FCA:  Next meeting will be 4/26 @ 8am, 5/9 @ 6:30pm

Parent's Night Out: The V Cheer squad is hosting a babysitting night in the MP on Saturday, 4/28 from 6-10pm. $25 first child, $20 additional siblings.

**FBLA Officer Installation and Awards will be on Thursday, 5/3 at 6pm in the (MP) Multi-purpose room.

Color Guard Tryout Clinic will be 5/7 & 5/8 from 6-8pm.

Announcements:
The Red Rooster will open their Ice Cream Shop this Saturday, 4/21. Anyone that says they saw this on the Announcements will get a free small ice cream cone this weekend through Monday, 4/23.

**Prom Committee and Sponsors will be meeting at 5:30pm in the HS Gym, Friday, 4/20, to set up for Grand March

JUNIORS and SENIORS: The Mellon Banquet Hall in Lawson will open their doors starting at 4:00pm, Saturday, April 21st for anyone at Polo wanting to take their own Prom pictures there. They just ask that you give them recognition of your photos for advertisement of their facilities. Call 816-721-9808 if you have any questions or to book an event.

Grand March will be at Polo High School Saturday, 4/21, line up 3:00pm, 3:30pm start.  Prom will be at the Mosaic Life Center in Liberty from 7:30-10:30pm.

**After Prom is at the Polo Community Building Saturday, 4/21 from 10:30pm - 4:00am. You do not have to attend Prom to attend After Prom but you do have to have a parent signed permission slip and all guests have to be accompanied by their Junior or Senior and be on the pre-approved list. The doors to After Prom will close at midnight and no one can get in after that time. Anyone that leaves cannot return. Parents will be called or texted before you can leave if they have asked to do so on your permission slip. There will be no pop this year. They will have tea, water, coffee, cappuccino, and hot chocolate. Milk, chocolate milk, and orange juice for breakfast. You are welcome to bring your own UNOPENED drinks as well.

PLEASE BE CHECKING MEAL ACCOUNT BALANCES ON A REGULAR BASIS--Charges will be at the very minimal from now until the end of school. Peanut butter will be served in place of a hot tray if charges reach the maximum amount (as stated in the meal charge policy) or contact has not been made with the school to arrange an alternate payment schedule.

There will be MS Elections on Friday, 4/27 during 8th hour.
